Hello! We’re Phoenix Theatre & Arts Company, an independent theatre group in the Hudson Valley region of NY. Composed of a small board of dedicated volunteers, motivated local actors, and talented technicians, PTAC launched in September of 2020 as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and a NYS registered charity.

Our company typically performs two mainstage shows each year (both plays and musicals), along with workshops, staged readings, and other events, both in person and virtually. We have performed in Westchester, Putnam, Orange, and Ulster Counties.

We encourage anyone and everyone to audition! PTAC has a non-discrimination casting policy and casting is open to members of all ages, races, genders, sexes, orientations, religions, abilities, and experience level.

“The theater is the only institution in the world which has been dying for four thousand years and has never succumbed. It requires tough and devoted people to keep it alive.”
