Ebenezer Scrooge has lost his way. His past pain has clouded his better judgment and muddled his priorities, and he’s made money the center of his life, instead of the people in his life’s path. With the help of four spirits, the people who impact his life, and the carols they sing, Scrooge begins to see the error of his ways. Only Christmas Day will show whether or not Scrooge’s night of lessons has really stuck. This adaptation of the classic A Christmas Carol puts an emphasis on the carols and the carolers. The ensemble will be swept up in a merry-go-round of storytelling, wearing many hats, and playing many parts. This version offers opportunities to all ages and levels of musical experience.
